Job Requirement / Qualifications:

• Strong Experience in handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
• Should have Knowledge of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
• Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and competencies and assess candidate’s ability to fit the work environment
• Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
• Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding the requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Strong can-do attitude with very good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a heterogeneous team and deliver results.
