Job Requirement – Core Responsibilities:

A self-motivated individual desiring to play an integral part of a growing market in Enterprise Information Management, as a member of Professional Services team, you would be performing below:

• Gather Business requirements by working with customers and their project managers
• Design technical solutions based on functional and technical experience
• Provide technical guidance to customers and partners with subject matter expertise in our products
• Map and integrate financial data of ERP system to SAP S4 HANA Central Finance.
• Work closely with the technical team to design and code review of database objects, BODS ETL.
• Work with customer to deploy and integration of our product across different technologies, on SAP S4 Hana,SLT Replication, Fiori, and other ERP’s (SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, Oracle J D Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Participate and execute POC of our products: It includes installation, configuring, customizing, liaison with stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Support and Engineering to ensure customer reported challenges are addressed in the best possible way
• Work closely with our customers and our internal teams in solutioning the deployment
• Lead the workshops with Business users, translate GAP requirements into technical specifications for product extension
• Build custom solutions using our products to deliver to our customers

Skill Requirements

1. Strong functional skills with technical oversightin SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA financial modules
2. Experience to work with at least 2 SAP end to end implementation project with at least one(1) in SAP Central Finance implementation
3. Good financials functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP) [Skill Level – 7 on a scale of 10]
4. Good understanding on underlying financial module tables, columns, and relationships
5. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective, translating the business requirements to technical solutions.
6. Ability to convert complex requirements by collaborating with technical teamto provide logicin building solutions in ETL
7. SQL Query writing skills [Skill Level – 5 on scale of 10]
8. Good ERPIntegration experience with ECC or NON-SAP systems integrating into SAP Central Finance
9. Prior experience in Central Finance implementation is preferred with knowledge of SLT, MDG, AIF and Data Harmonization would be preferred.
10. Non-Technical:
    1. Strong Analytical and issue resolution skills
11. Competent writing skills with email, design documentation, and technical papers
    1. Experience to collaborate with project team, customer, across teams in onshore/offshore model
    1. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverable and projects with high level of accuracy and attention to details
    1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Logistical Requirements:

• Job location at Hyderabad, India office[Temporarily remote due to COVID]
• Initial working hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST time. Flexible to work in late shift timings for coverage in US overlap per project need
